1. Cancellation Policy

• 100% refund if cancelled 30 days before check-in

• 50% refund if cancelled 15 days before

• 30% refund if cancelled 48 hrs before

• No refund for cancellations within 48 hours of check-in

2. No Show Policy

• No refund will be provided if the guest does not arrive on the booked date.

3. Date Change

• One-time date change allowed (subject to availability) if informed at least 3 days prior

4. Refund Processing

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days

• Transaction charges (if any) may be deducted
